Last November, Northampton Mayor Gina-Louise Sciarra signed a proclamation on behalf of the City in celebration of outgoing ILI Board President Markus Jones for his “enduring passion for the well being of our community and the remarkable people who make us what we are.” The Mayor also recognized Markus’s “active commitment to the principles of philanthropy and non-profit service” and his “extraordinary combination of braininess and heartfelt respect for all of our neighbors.”
