ILI provides all of the Spanish classes at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
For over 30 years, ILI has provided language training at Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. Hampshire College is a private liberal arts school that was opened in 1970 as an experiment in alternative eduction in association with Amherst College, Mt. Holyoke College, Smith College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Together they are known as the 5 Colleges with over 30,000 students studying within 14 km of ILI.
ILI has taught French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish on campus and currently teaches 4 courses of Spanish at the school.
Hampshire staff and students get a 10% discount to language courses at ILI.
Fall and Spring Semester Spanish
ILI offers 4 levels:
- 101 (First semester, first-year Spanish )
- 102 (Second semester, first-year Spanish)
- 201 (First semester, second-year Spanish)
- 202 (Second Semester, second-year Spanish).
The courses are oral-based classes that meet twice a week for a total of 5 hours. Full course description »
