“Many students walk through the ILI doors on their journey to improve their lives,” says Caroline Gear, ILI’s Executive Director. “We’re asking you to please help keep our doors open during our fall fundraising season.”
In the video below, Caroline talks about how supporting ILI makes an impact on students’ lives through inclusiveness, mentorship, purpose, advocacy, community, and transformation.
She also explains how ILI also makes an impact in the community as a thriving independent language school that draws students from around the world, and provides meaningful employment to 23 passionate advocates of intercultural understanding.
“We’re finishing up a challenging year and we have an ambitious goal to raise $175,000 to sustain the gains we’ve made in re-building ILI’s programs,” she adds. “We hope by the end of December that we will be able to raise $80,000.”
Thanks to generous donors and a $25,000 Challenge Match, ILI is close to reaching that year-end goal. But there’s still time to donate.
