Emma is a Hampshire College student that took our SIT TESOL Certificate program. She is now teaching a Free English through Photography class at ILI.
Here’s the transcript of what Emma has to say:
“Hi, my name is Emma and I was a participant in the SIT TESOL teacher training program in the fall of 2018, and now I am a senior at Hampshire College, continuing my studies of teaching English as a second language.
I really enjoyed the TESOL program because we really got to workshop every lesson plan with the other participants, and then taught them to real English learners who were always so enthusiastic to learn. And finally we got to really reflect on each plan that we taught so we could make it better for the next time.”
