About Marco Túlio Bittencourt

Marco has a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration from The University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He also has a bachelors in English Language teaching from the Catholic University of Brasília in Brazil. He holds a Master’s in Linguistics from the University of Brasília in Brazil. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Hispanic Linguistics at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He was a lecturer of English at the University of Granada, Spain in 2019-2020 where he taught English for Tourism to undergraduates. He has been inside the language teaching environment since 1995. He has many years of experience teaching ESL, EFL, and ESOL, and he has also taught Spanish and Portuguese at Texas A&M International University in Texas and at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He likes to watch movies, go to museums, and plays, and he is also a music lover. He enjoys the classroom setting because it is the place that everyone, including himself, has the potential to learn and grow as human beings.
