Caroline has been at the International Language Institute of Massachusetts since 1986 as teacher, administrator and teacher trainer. She is also a Trainer of Trainers for the School for International Training’s TESOL Certificate Course. Caroline has written articles on assessment and evaluation and presented in the area of teacher training and the administration of programs both regionally and nationally.
She continues to teach ESOL and Spanish to various adult populations. Caroline has lived and worked in Peru, Mexico and Spain and has a Masters in Spanish Literature from Michigan State University. She is currently serving as President (2020-2021) for EnglishUSA (American Association of Intensive English Programs), Youth Exchange Officer for the Northampton International Rotary Club and is the Intensive English Programs MIG Network Leader for NAFSA.
