About Chris Elliott
Chris is committed to helping international students reach their professional and academic goals through student-centered, communicative English instruction. He has over twenty years experience in Massachusetts schools teaching ESOL at all levels, including prep for the Cambridge exams, IELTs and TOEFL, as well as several years teaching English composition at Emerson College and the Harvard Extension School. In addition, he has experience writing ESOL curriculum and teaching online for ILI and Shorelight Education. Chris has a BA in Languages and Literature from Bard College and an MFA in Poetry from Emerson College.
In addition to being an English teacher, Chris is a singer/songwriter, guitarist, poet, and musician, releasing music and performing around New England as a solo artist Christopher Elliott and in the duo Austin and Elliott.
