About Samira Artur

Samira is an experienced language instructor, having started her journey in the education field in 2000. Since joining the ILI team in 2009, she has been thoroughly immersed in all aspects of the organization through teaching, advising, training, curriculum development, and administrative responsibilities. She is originally from Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. She holds a Master’s degree in Spanish from the University of New Hampshire and a TESOL Certificate from the SIT Graduate Institute. Samira has also lived in Granada, Spain and done graduate research studies in Brazil. With a passion for community involvement, Samira enjoys providing support and assistance to those around her. Her multicultural background and dedication to language education make her an invaluable asset to ILI.
