Program Fees
Non-refundable Tuition Deposit: $75 ((due with application; applied toward the first month of tuition if the student enrolls)
Tuition: $975 per four-week session
Materials Fee: $150 (one-time fee)
This cancellation and refund policy is implemented in accordance with ACCET Document 31.ESOL – Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Tuition for the Part-Time English Program is charged in four-week sessions, and each four-week session constitutes a period of financial obligation.
- If You Withdraw Before Classes Begin: If you withdraw prior to the start of scheduled classes, ILI will refund any tuition paid in advance. The $75 tuition deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by ILI. The materials fee ($150) will be retained by ILI once materials have been distributed to the student. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation date.
- Withdrawal After the Start of Classes: If a student attends at least one class and then withdraws, ILI will retain tuition for the first four weeks of the initial period of financial obligation, along with the non-refundable tuition deposit. After the first four weeks, tuition will be prorated based on the number of weeks attended. For refund calculation purposes, attendance during any portion of a scheduled week will be considered attendance for the entire week. Any additional tuition paid beyond the amount earned will be refunded. Refund calculations are based on the student’s Last Date of Attendance (LDA) and Date of Determination (DOD). Refunds will be issued within 30 days of notification of withdrawal or the date the student is administratively withdrawn due to failure to meet attendance, academic, behavioral, or financial requirements.
- Personal Emergency: If a student must withdraw due to a serious medical condition or documented family emergency, the unused portion of that month’s tuition may be credited toward future enrollment if the student returns within 12 months. A new application and $75 tuition deposit will be required if the student returns after three months.
- If ILI Cancels the Program: If a course is cancelled by ILI, all fees and tuition paid will be refunded in full, including the tuition.
- Administrative Withdrawal: Students who are absent for 30 consecutive calendar days (excluding scheduled breaks) without notice will be administratively withdrawn from the program, and a refund calculation will be completed in accordance with ACCET policy. deposit and materials fee.
- Class Interruptions: There is no monetary compensation for instruction lost due to emergencies or severe weather. Assignments and lessons may be provided through Google Classroom for students to complete remotely.
Complaint Procedure
Students are encouraged to voice their opinions during feedback in class and directly to the instructor. If a student has further concerns about the class or program, English students should contact the Director of English Programs, Macey Faiella by email. Further concerns should be brought to the attention of the Executive Director, Caroline Gear. Contact information is below. Students will receive a confirmation of receipt of complaint within 7 days.
