ILI is closed for the holiday season from December 23 until January 6. During this time,
we will be checking messages and registrations intermittently and will happily get back to you in the New Year!
Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a bright start to 2025.

This January, Virginia Invernizzi (Ph.D. in Latin American literature) will lead discussions about Nobel laureate Gabriel García Márquez’s Cien años de soledad (One Hundred Years of Solitude) for advanced-level students in ILI’s World Language Spanish classes.

As an experienced teacher of Spanish at the high school and college levels, Virginia knows well how to combine lively interactions with learning, especially in delving into the complexities of remarkable works such as Cien años de soledad.

The structure of the class is simple: 40 pages of independent reading followed by one-hour sessions with Virginia each week on Tuesday evenings from 7-8pm from January 10th through March 15th.
