- A non-refundable $25 Registration Fee must be paid with the application.
- Tuition must be paid in full prior to the first class. You will receive an invoice to pay online.
- Students should notify the Director or English Program by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if they intend to withdraw from the Part-time English Online session.
- Refunds are issued as follows:
If you email your intent to withdraw... Refund 1 week before session 100% less registration fee During 1st week of session 50% less registration fee During 2nd week of session No refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification of withdrawal.
- There is no monetary compensation made for instruction lost because of emergencies or internet disruptions. Every effort will be made to provide make-up classes to compensate for lost time.
- If class does not run, the registration fee will be refunded within 30 days.
