Caroline attended the 2015 IALC Workshop in Rouen and shared ILI’s information with 39 agents from 21 different countries.  With English proficiency much higher now around the world and with all nations increasing English proficiency,  agents are really interested in placing students in programs that will allow their clients to study for a specific purpose.
